Modern

Clean lines, minimal clutter, and a "less but better" approach to furniture and decor. Modern works well if you want a home that feels calm and uncluttered at a glance.

Scandinavian

Modern's warmer cousin — light woods, soft neutrals, and cozy textiles (hygge, essentially, applied to a room). Great for homes that get a lot of natural light.

Industrial

Exposed brick, black metal fixtures, and raw materials like concrete and reclaimed wood. Works especially well in lofts, basements, and older Wichita homes with real architectural character.

Bohemian

Layered textures, global influences, plants, and a "collected over time" feel. Best for homeowners who want their personality on full display rather than a curated showroom look.

Farmhouse

Warm, welcoming, and still one of the most requested styles in the Midwest — shiplap, farm tables, and a mix of vintage and new. It photographs beautifully and tends to have broad, lasting appeal (a plus if you're staging to sell).
